Marco Andrezzo

Born in São Paulo, Marco has spent over 30 years mastering and teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. His path has taken him from the East Side of São Paulo to world championship podiums, the training halls of the French Foreign Legion, and the tactical units of US law enforcement.

Today, he brings that depth of experience to the mat every single day — with the same conviction that made him a world champion and the humility that makes him an exceptional teacher.

Seven days. No distractions.
Pure jiu-jitsu.

01

Train

3–5 hours on the mat every day. Two structured sessions led by a 2× World Champion — technical drilling in the morning, live rolling in the afternoon. Real instruction, real progress.

02

Eat

Every meal follows the Jiu Jitsu Diet — nutrition principles inspired by BJJ's founding family, adapted for performance and recovery on the mat. You eat right, you train right.

03

Live

Brazil is not just the backdrop — it's part of the experience. Culture, nature, and the energy of the country where jiu-jitsu was born and perfected for over a century.

The Jiu Jitsu Diet.

Inspired by the nutritional philosophy of BJJ's founding family — adapted for optimal performance and recovery on the mat.

3 Meals. No Snacks.

Minimum 4.5 hours between each meal. The body completes digestion fully before receiving new food — maximising energy availability when it matters most.

One Starch Per Meal

Never mix two starchy foods (rice + potato, bread + pasta). One carbohydrate source per meal, paired with protein or vegetables.

Acids Eat Alone

Citrus fruits and acidic foods are consumed alone — never combined with proteins or starches. This preserves enzymatic efficiency and eliminates digestive conflict.

No Sugar. No Alcohol.

Refined sugar and alcohol are eliminated for the duration of the program. The body recovers faster, sleeps deeper, and trains harder.

Brazil. Where it all began.

The Mantiqueira mountains of São Paulo — home of the immersion

Jiu-jitsu was born here. Refined here. Passed down through generations here. This isn't a backdrop — it's the context that makes every technique carry a different weight.
